Limited access to non-personal and non-identifying information may be provided in aggregated form to other offices for study of trends in the financial exploitation of the elderly or in formulating appropriate strategies in combating such financial exploitation. Under no circumstances will any personal or identifying information be sold, rented, or leased to third parties.

We strongly suggest you not submit sensitive personal information (such as social security numbers, bank account or credit card numbers) on these forms online. If you feel that sensitive information is required to process your complaint, we urge you to submit a complaint to us by mail. All information contained in such complaints will be treated in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

What is "Personal and Identifying Information?"
