  AARP ElderWatch and the Colorado Attorney Generals office sponsored a “Fight Fraud- Shred Instead” community shredding day where consumers could drive through a shredding station with their personal and financial documents to shred. This event was to help prevent ID Theft.

    AARP ElderWatch sponsored a financial workshop for older consumers. Volunteers helped with registration.
   
  AARP ElderWatch shared an education booth with the Attorney Generals office of Consumer Protection to educate seniors about consumer concerns.
